Equipment

  • Pan
  • Bowl
  • Whisk
  • measuring cup
  • Spatula
  • Teaspoon
  • Tablespoon

Ingredients

  • 50 g butter
  • 2,5 dl full fat milk
  • 2 pcs egg
  • 3 dl flour
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Instructions

  • Melt butter and add milk. Then whisk in the eggs.
  • Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a bowl. Pour in the liquid while stirring evenly.
  • Let the pancake batter rest and swell for about 15 minutes. This is important for achieving the right consistency.
  • Cook the pancakes in a small pan, about 15 cm in diameter (approximately 1.5 - 2 tablespoons of batter per pancake). After the batter swells up and becomes slightly "bubbly," you can flip them with a spatula.
  • Stack the finished pancakes on a plate. They taste great with maple syrup!
